1. Competition entry is open to any pet who has been a patient at any SASH hospital from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025.

2. SASH employees and immediate family members are excluded from this competition.

3. Competition entry period opens 1 December 2025 12:01am, and Entries close 31 January 2026 11:59pm.

4. 18 finalists will be selected by a panel of SASH team members, based on the stories and photos submitted by entrants, and will move through to voting.

5. Finalists will be announced on the website between 2 February 2026 – 8 February 2026, and will be notified via the contact phone and email listed on the entry form.

6. Voting is open to all members of the public including SASH staff and family members.

7. Voting can only be completed once per person.

8. Voting period opens Monday 9 February 2026, 12:01am and closes Sunday 8 March 2026, 11:59pm.

9. To vote for a finalist, you must provide your name and email address

10. The winner to be announced on our website on Monday 9 March 2026, and notified via the contact phone and email listed on the entry form.

11. Prizes: Total prize pool value $3900

• All 10 Finalists selected will receive a $100 Ultimate Home Voucher

• First prize will be awarded to the pet who receives the most votes from the public voters. The first prize winner will receive a $1,000 voucher from Ultimate Home in addition to the $100 voucher.

• Second prize will be awarded to a different species who receives the most amount of votes. For example if a dog wins first prize, second prize will not be awarded to a dog – even if a dog receives the second highest number of votes. The second prize winner will receive a $200 voucher from Ultimate Home in addition to the $100 voucher.

• SASH reserves the right to give additional prizes at its discretion

• The referring vet clinic of the first prize winner will be awarded a $1000 voucher courtesy of Provet. Provet will be provided with the contact details of the clinic, and will liaise with the clinic regarding voucher redemption.

12. Voters Selection: All voters will go into the draw to win a $100 Ultimate Home Voucher. One winner will be drawn at random.
