Internal Medicine Veterinarian
Dr Ninette Keller graduated in South Africa in 1999 and continued to work and lecture at a university before receiving her specialist degree in 2004. She has been a registered specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine in South Africa since then.
Dr Ninette practiced in South Africa in specialist private practice and at a university hospital. She was awarded “Young Veterinarian of the Year” in 2008 before relocating to Australia. Here, she played a key role in setting up the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at James Cook University in Queensland. Since then, she has spent time at another Australian-based specialist hospital before joining SASH Central Coast as the Head of Internal Medicine & Oncology.
Ninette loves teaching and sharing her knowledge and the challenge of solving internal medicine mysteries. In her spare time Ninette enjoys indoor skydiving (tunnel flying), tennis and hiking and spending time with her feline fur baby, William.
