Specialist in Internal Medicine & Hospital Care Vet
Dr Elissa graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at the University of Sydney in 1997. She travelled to the USA to complete her residency in internal medicine at UC Davis, before returning back to Australia.
Her experience includes a significant amount of time consulting in the veterinary industry, working at the University of Sydney, and practicing as an Internal Medicine Specialist at various clinics throughout Sydney. In 2022, Elissa joined the SASH Hospital Care team.
Although Elissa is interested in many aspects of internal medicine, she particularly enjoys overseeing cases that involve the liver, respiratory system, immune and infectious disease.
