Dr Andrew Adezio

Boarded in Diagnostic Imaging

(What does this mean?)

Dr Andrew Adezio graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with distinction after completing his clinical year at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, Alabama. After completing a small animal rotating internship at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine he worked for one year as a small animal emergency veterinarian while shadowing a veterinary radiologist on his days off. Andrew then accepted and completed a specialty diagnostic imaging internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists.

In 2018, he commenced a four-year diagnostic imaging residency at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine with the last year functioning as a junior clinical professor.

Andrew completed his residency training program and successfully passed the American College of Veterinary Radiology board examination and was awarded the title of Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2022. He enjoys all aspects of imaging but is particularly interested in exotic/wildlife animal imaging, the clinical applications of volume/cinematic rendering, & 3D printing of medical imaging.

In his free time, he loves traveling and has been to over 13 countries, hiking, singing karaoke, playing volleyball, and spending time with his cat and two dogs.
