Dr Alex Lai graduated from the University of Sydney in 2014. He then worked in mixed practice for a few years before commencing a rotating internship with SASH Central Coast in 2017. He then pursued a specialty internship in Surgery and completed his surgery residency at SASH North Ryde in 2023.
Dr Alex enjoys all aspects of surgery, but has a particular interest in orthopaedic and reconstructive surgery.
Outside of work, you will find Alex trying new cuisines, watching films and drinking coffee. He lives with his dog named Pebbles, a cat named Alfie, and his wife, Cherry.
