Request Repeat Medication or Prescription

This form can be used by existing SASH clients to request repeat medications or prescriptions.

Please wait for confirmation from SASH that your request can be actioned as we cannot always guarantee the timely provision of medications or scripts. Some factors that might affect this include; our current stock levels, our ability to source the medication, time since last seen by a SASH clinician and changes in your animal’s clinical status. There is normally a 48 hour turnaround during business hours.

We are unable to dispense medications using prescriptions from other veterinary clinics or hospitals as we are not a dispensing pharmacy. To dispense medications and write prescriptions, the animal must be under our care currently otherwise we, or another veterinary clinic, will need to consult with you to establish a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship. For many conditions, this will require us to have seen your pet within the last six months, though some exceptions exist.
