I took my 15 years old Skye to SASH North Ryde to see Dr Tristram Bennett, with a heavy heart, after our local emergency vet suggested of putting him down earlier this year. Skye presented with a bleeding facial lump & the local vet thought it was necrotic & cancerous.
I was so glad to seek a second opinion from Dr Tristram. He reassured me that it could be something as benign as sebaceous epithelioma & expertly incised the lump at the time of our consultation. Skye healed well after the surgical removal of his facial lump & he’s now looking as handsome as ever. His biopsy result confirmed Dr Tristram’s diagnosis.
I can’t thank Dr Tristram enough to save Skye from an unnecessary euthanasia.
