My senior rabbit, Holly was attacked by a bunny I was fostering.

She has 3 small wounds and i had to rush her to SASH Western Sydney where i was treated with nothing but kindness and respect which helped keep me calm.

They assessed her but were unfortunately unable to operate on her due to availability issues.

They then transported her to SASH North Ryde (offered to transport her back to Western Sydney so its easier for me to pick her up, I politely declined)

They kept an eye on her vitals and operated on her as soon as its was at stable levels.

Staff often kept me updated via email or phone call, even sending me a video of her after surgery.

I often rang for updates and visited everyday till she was discharged and every time I interacted with a staff member, they were extremely kind and professional.

They treated my girl with the same amount of love I would have at home so it was nice and reassuring that she was in safe and loving hands.

On discharge the vet was vet kind and explained well about her after care and any questions were answered.

Sash were extremely kind and professional and will gladly use them again
