It had been a hot couple of days here on the Gold Coast and thought to treat my little cavoodle Biscuit to a swim in a little shell pool. He absolutely loves water. He was so happy having the best time splashing around. I brought him back inside a few moments later he didn’t look to good. Very lethargic, throwing up, wouldn’t move.

I, then in a panic raced him to SASH Gold Coast Emergency. They ran lots of tests. Kept him overnight as they were happy with how he looked. But he came good by morning.

It seems he swallowed too much water and his electrolytes were too low. I never thought possible. I felt so bad, as I thought I was doing a good thing.

SASH was so amazing and looked after my baby
