I took her in and it was such a lovely experience. Lucy enjoyed watching the TV and I enjoyed a coffee while we waited. The nurses were fantastic! Lucy was seen straight away by a triage nurse who made us feel at ease. I think Lucy felt right at home! She just loved watching everyone.
