Specialist in Dermatology
Dr Tati Lima graduated from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Portugal in 2005. During 10 years in general practice in Portugal, she dedicated most of her time to dermatology. In 2014-15 Tati attended all the dermatology courses offered by ESAVS® (European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies), in Vienna, Austria.
In 2016, she started a three-year residency program with the European College of Veterinary Dermatology (ECVD®) at the teaching veterinary hospital of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, becoming a Board certified veterinary dermatologist with the European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS®) in 2020.
Before moving to Australia and coming to SASH, Tati worked as a specialist in two referral hospitals, first in Catalonia, Spain; then in the UK. She lectured internationally and is regularly involved in online and in-house teaching post-graduate vets and nurses.
Tati enjoys spending her free time with family, friends and her dog.
