Dr Sarah Spencer will be arriving at SASH Central Coast later in Feb 2026
Dr Sarah is a Registered ECVIM Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Dr Sarah completed her veterinary degree and residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Bristol, attaining ECVIM-CA Diplomate status in 2018, before undertaking a PhD at the prestigious Royal Veterinary College investigating chronic kidney disease in cats. She has worked across multidisciplinary hospitals in the UK and supported colleagues as a telemedicine consultant. Her special interests include feline medicine, particularly geriatric care and nephrology. She also enjoys working on acute medicine and respiratory cases.
Outside of work, Dr Sarah enjoys CrossFit and horse riding, and happily spends much of her time running after her two young children. Back in the UK, her much-loved pets include a Springer Spaniel called Apple Pie and two elderly cats, Verity and Isly, who couldn’t make the move due to old age.
