Dr Oliver Taylor will be arriving at SASH Alexandria later in January 2026
Dr Oliver graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2017. He went on to complete a rotating internship at the University of Cambridge, followed by a Master’s degree and a small animal surgery residency at the prestigious Royal Veterinary College, London. In 2025 he passed his specialist examinations with Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and subsequently practised as a specialist small animal surgeon at the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals.
After emigrating to Australia in 2025, Dr Olly joined SASH with professional interests in traumatology and all aspects of soft tissue surgery. He is committed to delivering high quality, evidence based care and supporting owners to make informed decisions for their pets.
Outside work, Dr Olly enjoys sport and has recently taken up surfing while exploring Australia’s beautiful beaches.
