Dr Olga Lynn graduated from a university in Melbourne in 2016, beginning her veterinary journey with hands-on experience as a kennel hand and later as an ECC nurse during her studies. Just six months after graduation, Olga stepped into the demanding role of an Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) veterinarian, a field she has been dedicated to since 2017. With nearly a decade of experience at a specialist and emergency hospital in Melbourne, Olga gained invaluable skills under the mentorship of leading specialists, shaping her expertise and commitment to exceptional patient care.
In 2023, Olga relocated to the Sunshine Coast, where she now lives with her own little rescue family: three foster-fail cats, a clumsy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and a senior Greyhound enjoying his golden years. Her passion for rescue and rehabilitation, particularly with greyhounds, has been a cornerstone of her personal life, reflecting her dedication to giving animals a second chance. Olga’s rescue pets remind her daily of the importance of being prepared for any emergency and inspire he in Emergency and Critical Care.
