Dr Madelaine graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Accelerated Veterinary Medicine, following an earlier degree in Bioveterinary Sciences with an intercalated year in pathology. After qualifying, she gained valuable experience during two busy years in small animal general practice across the UK, before relocating to Australia with her partner. Since arriving, she has ventured into emergency and critical care. Her clinical interests lie in internal medicine and emergency medicine, where she enjoys the challenge of unravelling complex cases and providing calm, compassionate care.
Outside of work, Dr Madelaine is passionate about fitness and running, with her sights set on the Gold Coast marathon next year. At home, she shares life with Zorro, her lively young Doberman, who keeps her busy and entertained in equal measure.
