Dr Julius Klever is a veterinary radiologist with a strong passion for IT. After graduating from the University of Munich in 2012, he completed a residency with the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI) from 2017 to 2020 at the Clinic of Small Animal Surgery at the University of Munich. Dr Klever is a recognised Diagnostic Imaging Specialist in Germany (“Fachtierarzt in Diagnostic Imaging & Radiation Therapy”) and Australia and holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education from the University of Munich Medical School.
In 2022, he moved to the UK to join the Royal Veterinary College in London as a Lecturer in Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging. Working in one of the world’s top-ranked veterinary teaching hospitals, he deepened his expertise in managing high caseloads and mentoring postgraduate students.
Dr Klever enjoys combining clinical work with research and education. He has supervised several research projects and is actively involved in publishing scientific articles.
Outside of work, Julius enjoys mountain sports, field hockey, and beach volleyball, as well as travelling and exploring good food. With his approachable nature, he thrives in collaborative team environments and is dedicated to delivering outstanding care for patients and their owners.
