Avian & Exotics Veterinarian
Dr Janet graduated in 2012 from the University of Sydney and spent the next 3.5 years at a private practice in Newcastle, caring for small animals such as cats and dogs, as well as exotics.
After this, Dr Janet returned to Sydney where she completed her exotics internship at the University of Sydney Avian Exotic Pet Hospital.
Following completion of the internship, she remained at Avian Reptile and Exotic Pet Hospital (AREPH) as an exotics veterinary registrar for the next the next 3 years prior to joining the Avian and Exotics team at SASH.
Dr Janet enjoys all aspects of exotic and avian veterinary medicine but has a particular soft spot for working with bunnies.
Outside of work she likes to attend musicals, find good eats around Sydney and is a keen reader of urban fantasy novels. She also loves hanging out with her 13 year old Japanese Spitz x Maltese named Murray
