Dr Jack graduated as a veterinarian in 2012, undertook advanced training in Canada, and returned to commence a surgical residency at the University of Sydney in 2017. He passed his specialist examinations in 2018 and has since worked as a specialist small animal surgeon and university lecturer in Australia and the UK, including at the Royal Veterinary College. His clinical experience spans soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, and neurosurgery, with a particular interest in improving health outcomes for brachycephalic breeds. Dr Jack is known for discussing both surgical and non-surgical options to help families choose the best plan for their pet.
Outside of work, Dr Jack enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and much-loved rescue dog, Larry.
