Emergency Veterinarian
Dr Belinda Prunster, more commonly known as Belle, is a practicing Emergency Veterinarian at SASH Alexandria. Belle studied a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology / Bachelor of Veterinary Science at Charles Sturt University where she graduated in July 2019. She went straight into a Rotating Internship at SASH in September which she completed in 2020 before moving into emergency practice and Belle has never looked back. Belle has completed Improve International’s Accelerated Emergency Course after her internship and her key clinical interests are infectious diseases, immunology and mechanical ventilation.
Belle believes life is all about balance, so outside of work you’ll find her roller skating, teaching yoga or on an outside adventure. When she’s not on the go, she’s catching up with friends and family, doing jigsaw puzzles or spending time with her one and only little companion Daphne Sausage – 10 year old rescue dachshund cross she has owned since 2016.
