Dr Anita graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 2016 (with Merit Scholarship) and worked in a busy small animal practice for 18 months before joining the SASH family in 2018. At SASH, she completed a year-long Rotating Internship and subsequently an Internal Medicine Internship. Not long after, she gained membership by examination to the Small Animal Internal Medicine Chapter of the Australia and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists. She joined the Emergency and Critical Care team in 2021 and has thoroughly enjoyed seeing a varied caseload of medical, surgical, neurological and exotic patients.

Dr Anita enjoys all aspects of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, with particular emphasis on neurology, endocrinology and haematological diseases.

Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, family and friends. She loves travelling, hiking and diving Sydney’s beautiful waters. Her beloved creatures – Pepper the Cattle Dog X and Alex the tabby cat – keep her busy at home.
