Emergency Veterinarian
Dr Alexander graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science with Distinction in 2022. Following graduation, he completed a rotating internship and a further Internal Medicine internship in 2024. Prior to studying veterinary science, he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Veterinary Technology) and worked as an ECC veterinary technician throughout his training. Dr Alexander enjoys all aspects of emergency medicine, with interests in endocrine (hormonal) and infectious diseases.
Outside of work, Dr Alexander has recently embraced the beach lifestyle and enjoys daily walks along the coast with his Gordon Setter, Theo. He’s an avid reader, keeps active, and loves exploring the local surroundings.
