Our purpose-built animal hospital provides advanced diagnostics, specialist surgery and intensive veterinary care in one location, allowing pets to receive immediate treatment without the need for transfers between clinics.
Our hospital provides specialist care for dogs and cats experiencing illness, injury or complex medical conditions. Emergency vets, veterinary specialists and dedicated nursing teams work side-by-side to provide coordinated care from diagnosis through treatment and recovery.

Our brand new, purpose built Robina facility includes 13 consult rooms, 3 dedicated operating theatres, intensive care units and advanced diagnostic imaging technology. The hospital is equipped with the Gold Coast’s only MRI for animals, alongside CT scanning, fluoroscopy and advanced surgical facilities. Supported by the wider SASH network including SASH North Ryde, pets across South East Queensland and Northern NSW can access some of the most advanced veterinary treatment options available in the country.

We are located within The Home Hub complex in Robina, with access via Christine Avenue. On-site parking is available, including after-hours access for emergency visits.

SASH Gold Coast primarily treats dogs and cats requiring emergency or specialist veterinary care.
Do I need a referral to visit SASH Gold Coast?
A referral is not required for emergency treatment. For specialist consultations, referrals from your regular veterinarian are recommended but not always essential. With your permission, we are able to contact your regular vet for patient information.
What counts as a veterinary emergency?
A veterinary emergency includes any situation where your pet is suddenly unwell, injured or in distress and requires urgent medical care. This may include breathing difficulties, seizures, trauma, severe bleeding, poisoning or ingestion of foreign objects.
What are the payment options for emergency vet care?
SASH Gold Coast provides a range of third party payment options. We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. Payment plans including Afterpay, VetPay, ZipPay and Zip Money are also available, and GapOnly may be used with eligible pet insurance providers.
Can my regular vet refer my pet to SASH Gold Coast?
Yes. Many pets visit SASH Gold Coast through referrals from their regular veterinarian, allowing specialists and general practice vets to collaborate on your pet’s care.
