Dr Phil diagnosed our beautiful golden retriever puppy Maisie with congenital renal dysplasia at 4 months old in 2021 in the middle of a global pandemic. The early diagnosis and expert clinical care saved her life, supported us through a time of great uncertainty, and enabled us to give her 2 years and 9 months of love. Maisie lived her a short life but also her best life, swimming in the ocean every day and playing with our older dog Kobe and all her friends. Maisie died peacefully in November this year surrounded by love. She brought us so much joy and we miss her a lot  – but will always be grateful to the team at SASH and her regular vets for the opportunity to share such a beautiful life with our little shooting star.
