Requirements

Whether you love animals or not, the most important criteria for our Client Services team is to be customer-centric. No previous experience at a vet clinic is necessary. If you are someone who is dedicated to customer service or are people person considering a transition into a customer-facing role from another profession, we would love to hear from you.

The SASH Client Services team is diverse in background. Many team members come from a customer service background, but equally valued, are our team members from other professions who were looking for a career change. Examples include those that have joined SASH from an education background, human emergency services, and hospitality.
